Keep your PC virus/spyware-free and ready for peak performance! Tekdog is your personal at home and small business computer professional service. An experienced technician will come to your home or small business and give your computer that long awaited tune-up.

This certificate is a $130 value valid for a PC Tune-up for one computer. The PC tune-up includes up to 2 hours of service to perform operating system updates, virus/spyware and cleanup, removal of unused software, disk cleanup, defrag and disk check.

What if my computer can’t be “Tuned-up” in two hours? It is unlikely that your computer will take more than two hours for a tune-up. If extra time is required, addition fees will apply (see below). What if I have more than one computer that needs a tune-up? Each additional tune-up will cost $35. Additional tune-ups will fall within the two hours of service included with the first computer. If extra time is required, additional fees will apply (see below).

Additions fees (after two hours): $80 per hour billed in 15 minute increments ($20 per 15 minutes).

•A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the Tekdog technician arrives, services will be denied and cancellation charge equal to the cost of this certificate, will be assessed.
•ACCESS - The Tekdog technician must have 1) access to your residence or business and the computer(s) to be serviced, 2) your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, 3) a safe working environment, work space, and 4) electrical power. If the Tekdog technician determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied and a cancellation charge equal to the cost of this certificate, will be assessed.
•Service begins when the Tekdog technician arrives at the destination.
